Flora & Co. is a mat Pilates and women's wellness studio now open in Mequon, built around one simple idea: movement is just the beginning. Every class, workshop, and gathering is designed to help women build strength, find real community, and invest in themselves at every stage of life, whether you're navigating a new career, motherhood, or a new chapter altogether. We kicked things off with our first pop-up this fall, and we're using what we learn from our community to build a class schedule around your life as we grow into Mequon and Cedarburg's first true women's wellness ecosystem.
