Your First Class, Just $10
Whether it's your first Pilates class or you've been practicing for years, there's a place for you here. For just $10, you can try any class on our schedule: Mat Pilates, Sculpt, or Recovery.
Our instructors teach to every level in the room. Beginners get clear guidance and modifications, and experienced practitioners get progressions that keep the work challenging. It's an easy way to try the studio, meet our instructors, and get to know our community.

Drop-In Class - $21
A low-impact, full-body class built on classic mat Pilates fundamentals. Using controlled, intentional movement, we'll work through core-strengthening sequences, mobility work, and light resistance to build strength from the inside out — no jumping, no heavy impact, just steady, effective movement. This class is perfect for building total-body strength, improving flexibility and posture, and reconnecting with your body at any fitness level. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mat-lover, you'll leave feeling strong, aligned, and energized.
All levels welcome. Just bring yourself — grip socks optional, not required.
5-Class Pack - $98
Not quite ready to commit, but ready to build a habit? The 5-Class Pack is perfect for easing into your Pilates practice — mix and match across our mat class offerings on your own schedule. Classes are valid for 2 months from purchase, giving you plenty of flexibility to find your rhythm.
10-Class Pack - $98
Ready to go all in? The 10-Class Pack is designed for those building consistency and seeing real results - more classes, more savings, and 3 months to use them at your own pace. A great option if you’re ready to make Pilates and recovery a regular part of your routine.
Founding Membership - $119/month
Be one of the first to call Flora & Co. your studio home. The Founding Membership gives you unlimited access to all mat Pilates classes for $119/month, $30 less than our regular $149/month rate, with your rate locked in for life. Just sign up before December 1, 2026. This is your chance to join our community from day one, build a consistent practice, and never worry about your rate going up as we grow. Once this window closes, founding pricing is gone for good.
